Four New Cycloheximide Derivatives from Streptomyces sp. h-119

Abstract: Four novel cycloheximide derivatives(1-4) and two known compounds—l-cycloheximide(5), and isocycloheximide(6) were obtained from marine-derived Streptomyces sp. h-119, which was isolated from the sediment samples collected in intertidal   zone , Zhangzhou, Fujian Province. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1 D and 2D-NMR experiments, and by HR-Q-TO F mass spectrometry . Their antimicrobial activities were evaluated.
