A new Diterpenoid from Salvia przewalskii

Abstract: A new diterpenoid named ganxin casta n ic acid A (1), together with four known diterpenoids (2 − 5 ) and five known phenolic acids (6 − 10 ) were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of S alvia przewalskii Maxim ., and their structure s w ere established on the basis of MS and NMR s pectral analyses.
